ABOUT_ME_0303 (1).jpg
embodied spiritual healer

erin yari

I’ve always had a deep sense of knowing, an intuition I spent years questioning, ignoring, and trying to explain away. That changed after a pivotal, life-altering experience in my early twenties that cracked me open and made it impossible not to listen.

What began as a personal search has evolved into a practice devoted to helping women reconnect with themselves through energy healing, ceremony, and intuitive guidance. I’m here to create spaces that are real, grounded, and deeply human, where you can access your truth, explore your mess and your magic, and remember who you already are.

values

Here To exists to create containers where women can tell the truth emotionally, physically, and spiritually. This is spirituality that is lived and felt. It is approachable, playful, and deeply human, and it is meant to integrate into everyday.

safety & trust

Nothing meaningful happens without nervous system safety.
Trust is never rushed. Ever.

presence over performance

You don't need to look spiritual, sound healed, or act composed here. This work asks for presence, not perfection.

About_Values_EmbodimentistheGateway_websize.jpg
embodiment as the gateway

Healing happens through the body, breath, movement, sensation, and expression. Sometimes that looks like meditation. Sometimes it looks like shaking your ass.

integration into real life

What happens in session, ceremony, or on retreat must be livable afterward. This is about attainable embodiment, not escape.

reverence for lineage

We honor the cultural and ancestral roots of the practices we work with. Sacred traditions are approached with humility, transparency, and respect — never as aesthetic or appropriation.

This work is not about me. You don't need another guru. I walk this path alongside you, not ahead of you.

spiritual philosophy

At the heart of this work is my relationship with God. For me, God is not religion.

It is a loving, divine presence — the sacred intelligence within and around us. It is what guided me through fear, trauma, and awakening. It is the lens through which I understand healing.

This space is not about doctrine or belief. It is about embodied connection to truth, to love, and to the sacred within yourself.

You do not have to use my language. But I will always speak from what is true for me.
