By accessing our website at heretohealing.com or purchasing any of our workshops, events, retreats, memberships, digital offerings, or products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as any policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully before using our website or services.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

By using this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or are using the website with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Here To offers a range of spiritual healing services and products, including but not limited to:

• Workshops (in-person and online)

• Ceremonies and gatherings

• Events

• Retreats (day, weekend, and extended)

• Individual sessions

• Memberships and digital offerings

• Physical and digital products via our online shop
   

All services are intended for educational, personal growth, and wellness purposes only. Our services do not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment and are not a substitute for professional healthcare advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Spiritual healing practices offered by Here To are complementary in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.
By participating in any of our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.

• You will consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical or mental health concerns.

• Participation in spiritual or energy-based practices is entirely voluntary.

• Results vary and are not guaranteed.

• Certain services may involve meditation, breathwork, movement, emotional processing, ritual practices, or other immersive experiences that may not be appropriate for all individuals.

• You are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for you and for disclosing any relevant physical or mental health conditions prior to participation.
   

You understand that Here To does not provide medical, psychological, or licensed therapeutic services.

When you register or purchase a workshop, event, retreat, membership, session, or product through our website, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity under your account.

All prices listed on the website are in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of booking or purchase unless otherwise specified through an approved payment plan.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel registrations, restrict participation, or limit purchases at our discretion if we believe participation may be unsafe, disruptive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with the integrity of the experience.

Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in suspension of access to current or future services.

Workshops, Events, & Ceremonies
Due to the intimate and limited-capacity nature of our offerings, all registrations for workshops, ceremonies, and events are final sale and non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may request:

• to transfer your registration to another person at least 48 hours before the event, or

• account credit toward a future offering at our discretion.
   

No-shows and same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds or credits.

If Here To cancels or reschedules an event, participants will be offered either:

• a transfer to the new date,

• account credit,

• or a full refund.
   

Retreats
Due to the significant planning, coordination, vendor commitments, and upfront costs associated with retreats, full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

All retreat registrations include a non-refundable deposit equal to 30% of the total retreat price.
 

• Cancellations made 31 or more days before the retreat start date will receive a refund of payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

• Cancellations made 30 days or fewer before the retreat start date are non-refundable.
   

Retreat registrations may be transferred to another person up to 14 days before the retreat start date with prior written approval from Here To.

Because retreat experiences often involve travel and accommodations, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance to protect against illness, emergencies, travel disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If Here To cancels a retreat, participants will receive either:

• a full refund of payments made directly to Here To, or

• the option to transfer payments toward a future retreat.
   

Here To is not responsible for airfare, lodging booked independently, travel costs, exchange rate fluctuations, or other expenses incurred outside of payments made directly to Here To.
 
Products & Digital Offerings

• Unopened physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding original shipping costs.

• Opened or used products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• Digital products, memberships, downloadable content, audio files, and online programs are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.
   

To initiate a return or cancellation request, please contact us at support@heretohealing.com with your order number and reason for request.
 
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
 
Approved credits must be used within 12 months of the original purchase date.
 
If Here To cancels or postpones a service, participants will receive either:

• a transfer to a rescheduled date,

• account credit, or

• a refund at our discretion.
   

Here To is not responsible for travel expenses, accommodations, airline fees, weather disruptions, illness, government restrictions, venue changes, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
 
Where permitted by law, payment processing fees incurred by Here To may be deducted from refunded amounts.

Registrations for workshops, ceremonies, and events may be transferred to another person if requested at least 48 hours before the start time.

Retreat registrations may be transferred up to 14 days before the retreat start date.

Transferred registrations retain the original booking terms and refund eligibility.

Our online shop may offer physical and digital products intended to support personal ritual, reflection, and spiritual practice.

Ordering & Payment

• All orders are subject to product availability.

• We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

• Prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, which are calculated at checkout.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, with a refund issued if payment has already been collected.

Shipping

• We currently ship to regions listed at checkout.

• Shipping timelines and rates are estimates only.

• Here To is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

• Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier.

We make every effort to accurately describe our products. However, we do not guarantee that descriptions, imagery, pricing, or other website content is accurate, complete, or error-free.

Any spiritual or wellness benefits described for our products are based on traditional or complementary practices and are not intended as medical claims.

By joining any of our services, you agree to:

• Treat all participants, facilitators, and staff with dignity and respect.

• Refrain from disruptive, harmful, discriminatory, threatening, or inappropriate behavior.

• Respect the confidentiality of other participants’ personal sharing.

• Follow all instructions provided by facilitators for your safety and the safety of others.

• Participate responsibly and refrain from attending while intoxicated or under the influence in a way that may disrupt the experience or compromise safety.
   

Here To reserves the right to remove any participant who violates this code of conduct or whose participation is deemed unsafe or disruptive. No refund will be provided in such circumstances.

By participating in any Here To service, event, retreat, ceremony, session, or digital offering, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Here To and its owners, facilitators, contractors, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

• Participation in any service or experience

• Use of products or digital offerings

• Emotional or physical responses during or after participation

• Website use or inability to access services

• Loss of data, income, business opportunity, or personal property

Participation in all services is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Here To’s total liability arising from any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable product or service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Here To and its affiliates, facilitators, contractors, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of:

• your participation,

• misuse of services or products,

• violation of these Terms,

• or infringement of any third-party rights.

We do not guarantee any specific emotional, spiritual, relational, financial, or personal outcome from participation in our services.

Here To may photograph or record workshops, ceremonies, retreats, or events for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes.

By attending, you grant permission for your image, voice, or likeness to appear in such materials unless you notify us in writing prior to the event.

Participants may request not to appear in identifiable photography or video whenever reasonably possible.

All content on our website and within our offerings — including text, graphics, imagery, audio, video, workshops, digital materials, PDFs, meditations, branding, and course content — is the property of Here To and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, record, distribute, modify, share, resell, publish, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

Unauthorized recording of ceremonies, workshops, sessions, retreats, or digital offerings is prohibited.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Here To shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, interruption, or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, illness, government actions, labor disputes, travel disruptions, venue closures, power outages, internet failures, or other force majeure events.
